SUGAR FREE VANILLA CHAI TEA

This post hit all the marks, recycled raspberry jam jar, sugarfree, really delicious, many of the ingredients may be found at the $ store and it is a GREAT gift.

Just gather all your ingredients, measure into a container.....
Oh yes, I forgot to put my favorite cinnamon in the ingredients photo so here it is, can't forget the cinnamon!
Once you have all the ingredients in a container pour into a food processor (probably best) or as I did into my Ninja but be warned if you use a blender or Ninja you will have to be patient and do a lot of pulsing but it eventually comes together beautifully.

I was very excited to try this recipe as I LOVE the cappuccino blocks from Friday's post but let's face it having one of those should be a "treat" and not cup after cup as basically you are dipping candy (albeit coffee candy) into hot steamy milk!  I gave many away and put the rest in the freezer to pull out for a special coffee treat. This is not calorie free but if you use sugar free ingredients (you do not have to) then this is not bad calorie wise.

VANILLA CHAI MIX

1 cup non-fat dry milk
1 cup powdered non dairy creamer, light
1 cup sugar free French vanilla non-dairy creamer
1 1/2 cups instant tea (okay to use decaf)
2 1/2 cups Splenda or generic Splenda
2 t ground ginger
2 t cinnamon
2 t ground cloves
1 t ground cardamom
1 t ground nutmeg
1 t ground allspice
1/4 t white pepper

Blend in food processor (or blender) until fine powder and store in airtight jars.

I then made my label for the jar and the top label has the recipe, using Corel Draw, then using a lami-label laminated the label, attached to the jar and added the bow, ready for giving!
